The Team Lead Import Export is responsible for leading all procurement activities of our factory, in collaboration with numerous functions within our organization. Team Lead Export/Import (m/f/d) YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES: Manage improvement and change processes: Initiating and managing cross-functional optimization projects and leading interdisciplinary projects Supporting and driving the team in place to deliver Rimowas expected performance in the field of distribution/transport Supporting the team in performing their own value stream mapping and implementing new working methods (more robust, agile undamp; transparent) Driving continuous improvement mindset in the team Supporting our IT-team in system changes and the digitalization of our processes Daily team management undamp; performance monitoring through Dash Board undamp; KPIs Supporting benchmark and elaboration of a standard to be deployed with other regions Training Supporting competence development by developing a training plan for our logistic operations (e.g. in cooperation with our engineering department) SCOPE: Import / Export Processes within the EU and worldwide Customs processes (German regulation compliance) Warehouse Processes in interaction with cross-functional departments Supply Chain Distribution planning processes Profile: Master in engineering or business, ideally with specialization in Supply Chain Management (or comparable work experience) Previous Team management experience of at least 5 years in the import export field are required Strong process analysis skills Experience in International Transport/ Supply Chain / Distribution will be a plus Ability to simplify and communicate on complex topics Proactive and solution-oriented Peopleoriented leadingship skills and the ability to motivate employees Solid experience in change management Ability to take the lead and coordinate topics with cross-functional and multi-cultural actors Passionate about engaging people and strengthening the company culture through communication Advanced MS Office skills Fluent in German undamp; English (French would be a plus) YOUR BENEFITS: Permanent employment contract 30 days paid vacation per year and overtime compensation Attractive remuneration (collective agreement) + profit sharing system / profit sharing RIMOWA Essential Cabin suitcase as a gift after the probationary period International and interesting environment within the LVHM Group - Individual development and coaching opportunities Exciting project opportunities 30% discount on the RIMOWA product range Company benefits (e.g. for sports, lifestyle, fashion, etc.) Regular private sales at RIMOWA and the LVMH Group (RIMOWA, Tag Heuer, Moet Hennessy and many more) Company pension plan with high employer contribution Capital-forming benefits LVMH heart fund in crisis situations Pension commitment in the event of death or disability (employer-financed) Good transport connections, sufficient employee parking spaces, job tickets, job bikes Regular employee events (summer party, Christmas party, after work events) Museum Ludwig - free admission for employees Qualitative company restaurant BECOME PART OF RIMOWA: Please send us your complete application documents including your salary requirements with details of the next possible starting date.
